“…arts education strengthens student problem-solving and critical thinking skills, adding to overall academic achievement and school success. Plus, it gives students a deeper appreciation of the world round them.” Americans for the Arts Action Fund
“The Fact is: arts education makes a tremendous impact on the developmental growth of every child, and has proven to help “level the learning field” across socio-economic boundaries. Art also has proven to make a measurable impact on at-risk youth by deterring delinquent behavior and trauancy problems while also increasing overall academic performance.” Americans for the Arts Action Fund
1. Please sponsor the project. Please contact the organizer to speak about the ways your sponsorship can support Camden Community Arts programming. (i.e. clean-up certain areas of the city, commission children to work with organizer to make a certain type of art piece, commission a mural/mosaic)
2. Commission the CAO to make your schools, organization, or business logo, emblum, or sign.
3. Purchase art made by student-artists working on the project.
4. Help market the project or become a community collaborator with the project. Become a board member. Help with the practical/business side of the project.
5. Help develop a home for the project and the other Camden Community Arts projects that have been organized for the people.
